Well, this museum didn’t last long in Ronda! Closed and moved onto pastures new I suppose…
The Carriage Museum in Ronda offers you a unique opportunity to admire one of the most important private collections of historic horse-drawn carriages in Spain.
Along with the 25 or so examples of carriages and carts there are also displays with over 70 traditional costumes.
To find the museum, walk from the Parador side of the Puente Nuevo for 100 metres, until you arrive at the cross roads where the left goes down to the Moorish kings house and the right (across the road) goes into the old town and the Mondrágon museum.
The Carriage Museum in Ronda is open from 10:30 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday and 10:30 to 15:00 on Sundays. Entry price is 5 Euros.

I’ve been living in this lovely area of Western Andalucia for the last 20 years or so and dedicate most of my time to the running of English language tourist information websites for the towns of Cádiz, Ronda, Grazalema, the famous or infamous Caminito del Rey, and also Wildside Holidays, which promotes sustainable and eco-friendly businesses running wildlife and walking holidays in Spain.
