DEBRA is a charity founded in Marbella in 1993 to help children suffering from Butterfly skin. More details on their website ; www.debra.es – which is in English and Spanish. Butterfly skin is a very rare and difficult condition which affects babies from birth; there is no provisión within the Spanish Health Service to assist the children or their carers.
